1-   applicants' written application

2-   The documents approving that you are the owner such as water or wastewater bill if you have them.

3-   Completion report by supervising engineer through special form

4-   Visiting – If there is any overstep done that is in technical commission or sent to the subscription affairs unit

5-   Issuing completion paper and the other stages will be sent

6-   If there is any overstep , written signature form is given
