The Alborz County Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor emphasized the role of production in maintaining social security and said: The shutdown of a production unit and the unemployment of workers can lead to social harm and an increase in crimes in society.

At a meeting to brainstorm and remove obstacles for Alborz County producers, Hojjatoleslam Taghizadeh pointed out the readiness of the judicial system to cooperate with the governorate and executive agencies and stated: The problems of production units must be identified and resolved before they become a crisis, and in this direction, the judicial system will not hesitate to provide any necessary cooperation.

Stating that the issues and problems of companies should be examined in the Labor Security Committee and in coordination with relevant agencies, he added: Production units that have a larger number of workers and play a more effective role in the production cycle should be prioritized in providing foreign exchange and raw materials.

The Alborz County Prosecutor also announced the supportive approach of the judicial system in handling cases related to production units and stated: "As much as possible, instead of summoning the CEO, the company's legal representative will be present in the investigation process to prevent disruption to the production process."

Stressing the need to increase the legal awareness of producers, Taghizadeh called on managers of industrial units to benefit from legal advice in drafting contracts and conducting transactions, especially in the field of stocks, to prevent problems and legal disputes in the future.

He also warned against any abuse in the field of raw material supply and pricing, and noted: "If a violation is found in the use of stock-market raw materials or overpriced sales outside the regulations, the judicial system will deal with the violators in order to protect public rights."
