The company was inaugurated on Jun.21, 1967 and was named Qazvin’s Alborz Industrial Zone Company. in Jul.1967, the company was registered officially at Tehran’s Department  for Registration of Industrial Ownership & Companies. In 1967, the company bought 900 hectares of lands known as Arik farm located at northwest part of Tehran city about 140 kilometers from it to establish the first Iranian industrial zone. Through this, the company aimed at centralizing its manufacturing activities. 550 hectares of the lands in the east part was allotted to industrial districts and 112 hectares to commercial districts. The remaining part of the lands was allotted to passages and general installations. The complex has a significant role in increasing the gross domestic product(GDP). Through training skilful engineers and administrative forces, it is a proper assessment of the capabilities and a hot furnace in which the youths talents can glow. We believe we are responsible before God and our people to provide a proper ground for productive activities and attend the global markets competitively in the near future. By virtue of the decisions made at the extraordinary general assembly held on Aug.6, 1970, the company was named Alborz Industrial Zone , also according to the contents of the article 282 to the legal bill for amending a part of commercial laws  approved in Mar.1969, by virtue of the approval of the extraordinary general assembly dated Mar.17, 1973, the company’s type was changed from a public joint-stock company to a private joint-stock company and the major stocks of the company have been transferred to Alvand Municipality since Mar.13, 2004. Alborz Industrial Zone Company is honored to introduce itself as the greatest and most beautiful industrial zones of Iran who serves the national industry.  The company has a proper infrastructure for establishing the industries and it is the best place for investment on manufacturing activities.
